Beijing Yuji Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (Yuji Company) was founded in the year of 2005 and the head office is located in Beijing Zhongguancun Science Park. Yuji Company is a high-tech enterprise which was founded by several famous scholars at home and abroad. We are engaging in R&D, design, manufacturing and sales of energy conservation, emission reduction and new energy industry. Presently, our main business includes semiconductor lighting Luminescence materials, LED package products and LED lights, R&D and transfer of green chemical technology, photocatalytic technology, new solar cell production technology, etc. We have an expert team overseas that distributed in world famous scientific research institutes and enterprises in Japan, the United States, Germany, etc. There is also a young and creative R&D team in domestic. Yuji has established three divisions, two independent institutes and a technical production base. Yuji Company is the unique manufacturer of LED oxynitride phosphor in China. At present, the special LED phosphors we researched and manufactured have obtained several national invention patents, some of which have already been applied for patent protection in the United States, Japan, Europe, South Korea and other countries and regions. The red and green LED oxynitride phosphors obtained the R&D and Innovation Award in the 2nd National Semiconductor Lighting Products and Application of Innovation Contest held by China Semiconductor Lighting Engineering Research and Industry Association in 2008, and undertaken the national "863" project. We have international leading level of white light LED phosphor R&D ability and batch production capacity. We own several sets of equipments of LED phosphor production, testing and package application. Our products have been exported to Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Europe and America.
